The Pastebin Dilemma
Pastebin has been popular this tier and you’ve probably seen it if you’ve been doing any party finder prog. A lot of people find it awkward because you’ll often see listings like this where the group mentions “pastebin” without actually posting the link.
This causes a lot of confusion where players have to ask “what pastebin?” which can sometimes lead to them being kicked or ignored because it’s assumed that the person doesn’t know the strat at all.
It can lead to some hilarious situations:

Between this and the issues coming from pastebins changing more often than we’d like, it’s overall a really awkward solution to the issue of sharing strats in text form. People shouldn’t have to guess or ask what strats you’re doing! Pastebin just isn’t descriptive enough and I wanted to fix that.
The Savage Guide Hub
Introducing The Studium’s Savage Guide hub! I’ve created a page for each savage fight here on The Studium that you can use and share. I’ve added all of the common pastebin strategies when relevant (I haven’t seen a pastebin for M1S), as well as links to the various video guides and other resources or strats being shared. The goal is to not only highlight what’s popular in PF but also surface alternative strategies that might be worth checking out for groups looking to experiment!
You can get to these pages using the menu at the top, on the homepage, or by using one of the links below! Feel free to share them and use them in party finder. I’ve made it so you just add the fight acronym at the end so it’s easy to remember.
Feel free to use these links in your party finder descriptions regardless of what strat you’re using! I’ve also tried to include tips where I can for the fights that I’ve personally cleared. Hopefully this lightens up the struggle of learning savage encounters for both party finder and statics.
If you have any suggestions about the information being shared or new strats to show off, let me know in the discord!
